After graduating from university, joined Ishin Co., Ltd. (Securities Code: 143A) in 2004 as a founding member, operating venture industry media such as “Venture Communication” and “Best Venture 100.” Provided branding support to over 2,000 venture business executives.

Also served as an executive at GMO Venture Communication Startup Support Co., Ltd., a joint venture with GMO Internet, Inc., and Ishin Global Fund I Limited, an overseas investment fund.

Actively supported Japanese startup companies and facilitated connections between domestic venture businesses and Southeast Asian startups. Resigned from Ishin Co., Ltd. in March 2024. Established ANOTHERTEAM Co., Ltd. in May 2024 and Matsuura LLC in August of the same year.
