ASEAN M&A Partners (SG) PTE.LTD. (hereinafter referred to as “we”) establishes the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) regarding the handling of users’ personal information in the services (hereinafter referred to as “the Services”) provided on this website.

Article 3 (Purposes of Collecting and Using Personal Information)

We collect and use personal information for the following purposes:

However, the following cases are not considered third-party provision:

  1. When entrusting the handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use.
  2. When providing personal information as part of a business succession through merger or other means.
  3. When jointly using personal information with specific entities and notifying users of the shared use or making it readily accessible, including the items of personal information, scope of shared users, purposes of use, and the responsible party.

Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

Upon request, we will disclose personal information to the user without delay. However, we may choose not to disclose all or part of the information in the following cases, and if such a decision is made, we will notify the user without delay:

  1. If disclosure could harm the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the user or a third party.
  2. If disclosure could significantly interfere with our proper business operations.
  3. If disclosure would violate the law.

We generally will not disclose non-personal information, such as usage history or characteristic data.


Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)

Users may request correction, addition, or deletion of their personal information (“Corrections”) if it is incorrect, following the procedures we specify. Upon determining that such a request is necessary, we will make the Corrections without delay and notify the user.


Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information)

If a user requests the suspension or deletion (“Suspension”) of their personal information due to unauthorized use or acquisition, we will conduct a necessary investigation and take appropriate measures based on the results.


Article 9 (Analytics)

This website uses Google’s “Google Analytics” for access analysis. Google Analytics collects data via cookies, but the data is anonymized and cannot identify individuals. Users can refuse data collection by disabling cookies in their browser settings. Please refer to Google’s terms and policies for further details.


Article 10 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

We may change this Policy without prior notice, except as otherwise required by law. The revised Policy will take effect upon its posting on this website unless otherwise specified.
